I came to Audio One looking to upgrade my sound system, and Alex really took care of me. He helped me pick out the right subwoofer for what I was looking for and was able to get everything installed the same day. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me instead of just trying to sell me something. The install came out clean and the system sounds great. Really good experience overall. Definitely recommend asking for Alex if you come here.

I had a great experience at Audio One the 92154 location. The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire window tinting process easy from start to finish. They explained my options, completed the job quickly (same day). The tint looks amazing. I highly recommend Audio One to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting and outstanding customer service.

Great experience! I was skeptical at first but immediately felt I was in the hands of experts after the initial conversation. They hooked me up with an improved system (Boss 10) and got my back up camera working. Installation was clean and kept my 1998 looking vintage but updated! I'm most impressed with the customer service, it's rare to find a business that cares and trust me, they care! Thank you Audio One team I will do business with you again!

This place is amazing, hands down the best audio shop in socal. i got subs, an amp, bass knob and an epicenter installed, everything works FANTASTIC! The work was professionally performed, and as a previous diesel mechanic the wire routing and organization left my jaw dropped. Tommy was an absolute charm, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and offered me some Jordanian food! The technicians are very quick and provide quality work! i HIGHLY recommend this place to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE who wants a sound system!
